Seemed to me that the children, or some of them, were supposed to be 
some sort of puppets. Many had strings/ropes attached and I think the 
lyrics made reference that the were supposed to be puppets. And then 
some had strings that went from their own hands to their own feet/. 
Were the feet supposed to be puppets? Were their shoes supposed to be 
puppets. And wouldn't such things easily fall into the realm of the 
"deconstruction"of the illusions used in puppetry and since the avant 
garde is dead and performance art is so over, what is left but "neo".
