Sorry I cannot help answer your boot/shoe puppet question.
But I was looking at your web site (which is very good, easy to follow, 
great, clear, clean design) and you mention that your "The Three Little 
Pigs" show features your "Walk-About puppet stage, a unique stage 
actually worn by the performer like a backpack." Do you have any full 
length images of it? I'd really like to see it.

Does anyone else use a backpack type of walk around stage?

In "The Three Little Pigs" are the "Bacon Brothers" named Kevin, 
Michael and Travis? Edmund? Billy?
