Yes, this list is awesome.

Don't get too worried if it heats up sometimes on some touchy subjects, we 
all have our own opinions and eventually we settle down.

Arguing is good for strengthening or changing our beliefs!

Just start asking questions and making suggestions of all kinds, and the 
conversations will start.
We do have slower periods sometimes.
