It's totally a Cartoon, but hey, it's so puppetlike (in the feelings it can provoke, in the delivery) I had to share!
I think that a great cartoon is to TV what Puppetry is to Theatre.

Brings back TV memories of two decades ago already!
The kind of ultimate simplicity that brings the most imagination to the menu.

As a kid, I thought, like most people here, that he was talking gibberish. Nope, it's Itlian, but kind of slurred halfway between donald duck and someone wheezing.
