Hi Ray, Many of us have stuggled with the wing question. I revisited it just a few months ago. If you are looking for a solution to the problem of collapsed wings being able to then be flying wings. I don't know anyone who has managed this in one puppet so that it is consistant in it's manipulation. Our solution is what many others have come up with and that is simply to make two puppets, one with closed wings and one with flying wings. But if you come up with a method to do a single puppet that doesn't cost a mint to produce, I know we would love to hear your solution. Best, Liz -- K.
