My 3 year old is getting into doing that if we have puppets in the  
car. She tends to pick out other children to show the puppet to and  
move it about a bit. Her arm is not quit long enough to get all the  
way to the mouth yet but she is getting there.

My 14 year old and her friends discovered the fun of puppets and cars  
years ago when we took a bunch down to a convention and they got  
bored. They started amusing other kids in cars while we sat in New  
Jersey Beach traffic trying to get to Baltimore.

Street Theater in the truest sense of the word.

PS: I think "Puppets in Cars" would be a kicking band name.
