Thanks Brett. But I would hardly call it research, i the comomon sense of 
the term.
Those were just a bunch of thoughts and opinions that sprouted from many bad 
experiences with corporations and companies that became bigger than they 
should.
Havre you ever been lost in a bureaucratic Labyrinth? People don't kniow 
whre to send you, and you end up going back and forth and often finishing 
exhausted where you started, only to learn that you needn't go through all 
the trouble at all.
Jim Henson's Labyrinth in the movie of same name seems like a piece of cake 
next to those...
