At first I thought, maybe so.  But Cookie Monster is a kooky monster with 
crazy eyes and a grumbly voice - and dialogue like Tarzan.  Imagine a female 
version just as nutty and eccentric and hilarious.  I bet "eating disorder" 
wouldn't even be an issue.
