Primarily scripts but also some have been made into videos/dvds in collaboration with me. Now a party wants to buy all rights for what to me seems like a pretty small sum of money. I do not want to sell complete or exclusive rights, just limited, so I can retain most rights and any profits they generate in the future. Better, I would prefer to negotiate a license agreement that limits use very specifically what and how my work can be used. I hope that is clearer. m On Nov 13, 2006, at 5:46 PM, Kathleen David wrote: > Michael- > Can you give a little more information? > I know quite a but about the subject but it is your project that you > want to license or is it a property you wish to perform? > > i.e.: I have permission to turn two Neil Gaiman short stories into > puppet shows BUT I don't not have the right to film the project and > sell it but I can make one archival copy for my records and he gets a > copy > > Kathleen > _______________________________________________ > List address: puptcrit-AT-lists.driftline.org > Admin interface: > http://lists.driftline.org/listinfo.cgi/puptcrit-driftline.org > Archives: http://www.driftline.org > > - mjm _______________________________________________ List address: puptcrit-AT-lists.driftline.org Admin interface: http://lists.driftline.org/listinfo.cgi/puptcrit-driftline.org Archives: http://www.driftline.org
