Subject: Re: [Puptcrit] Negotiating limited rights and licensing

I am looking for contracts, examples, templates to protect what I have
written and created. Primarily scripts but also some have been made
into videos/dvds in collaboration with me. Now a party wants to buy all
rights for what to me seems like a pretty small sum of money. I do not
want to sell complete or exclusive rights, just limited, so I can
retain most rights and any profits they generate in the future. Better,
I would prefer to negotiate a license agreement that limits use very
specifically what and how my work can be used.
I hope that is clearer.
