To date, 11 episodes of TAU have been produced. Episode #9: "Doom" is reprinted in the current issue of Puppetry International. Also-- one of Great Small Work's first major theatrical productions was an adaptation of G.K. Chesterton's pioneering spy novel "The Man who was Thursday," In which an undercover police detective in Edwardian London, trying to penetrate an anarchist terror cell, discovers that the entire cell consists of other undercover detectives. And of course for over 40 years now Peter Schumann and the Bread and Puppet Theater have never tired of directly addressing issues of political and state repression. Their current production deals with the semantic distinction between "Terrorists" (retail, individual purveyors of misery) and "Horrorists" (wholesale governmental suppliers of the same.)
