Subject: [Puptcrit] Taymor's Magic Flute in HD


In the Minneapolis paper today, it mentioned that New York's Metropolitan
Opera will be broadcasting six Saturday matinees to movie theaters around
the country equipped with high definition screens and surround sound.  These
are one day, one time only events.  The first is Mozart's The Magic Flute
directed by Julie Taymor on Saturday, December 30th.  Unfortunately, I'll be
waiting for a plane at the time of this broadcast, but I figured I could at
least spread the word.
