Verlena! I'm interested by your textures and the wide range of forms and mediums with which you express yourself. It's great to see so many ideas and thoughts explored without the usual "dampening", or self filtering lots of artists feel obliged to apply to their work (I can't say that, can I?). Keep it up! I enjoy looking at the possibilities your puppets bring up. Your Chicago Woman hand puppet seems to shares the same hair with my latest marionette. The colors and scale seem the same. Are your puppet's air genuine human hair as well? I can't wait to see what you come up wit next! Seeing that you are interested in so many mediums, may I point you to Lisa Lichtenfels' work. she is a master at portraying lifelike creatures using nylon fabric (like in stockings). Visit her website (below) or do a Google Image Search on her name. You might be amazed! http://lisalichtenfels.net/ _______________________________________________ List address: puptcrit-AT-lists.driftline.org Admin interface: http://lists.driftline.org/listinfo.cgi/puptcrit-driftline.org Archives: http://www.driftline.org
