From what I read, it seems like a beginning and a middle, but there is no end. What is the resolution of your idea. I realize that there may be no resolution for your character, but what brings the piece to an end? If the lights fade, why then and not on the previous line or the one after... -------------------------------- Greg, Yah, I'm still thinking about that but so far... The piece will end with the curtain coming down and the noise pretty loud and continuous, the puppeteer will be yelling. I wish I had a stronger voice. At the beginning the machine will start up before the curtain goes up. I guess it's an ongoing thing, not a narrative but more a never-ending idea. So, it will end with the curtain coming down, the noise and yelling stops. Weak maybe, but I hope it will be carried by the confidence of the rest of the piece. The stage is a 40 inch frame with a curtain, nothing will be masked off below or on the sides. The audience will be able to see everything that's going on behind the stage, no scrim. thanks, Ed _______________________________________________ List address: puptcrit-AT-lists.driftline.org Admin interface: http://lists.driftline.org/listinfo.cgi/puptcrit-driftline.org Archives: http://www.driftline.org
