Mathieu,

To paint this kind of plastic without flaking, you need a lacquer
based paint.  Acetone based or some other nasty stuff.  Basically
it must contain something that slightly melts the plastic as the
paint adheres.  Pretty much anything else will flake unless you
cover it with a plastic varnish, and even then you can get yellowing
and flaking.
