When you are up against a deadline, go with what you know works. 

You could go online   or phone Sculpture House in New Jersey and just order 
some sulfur-free clay. I just did. If you call, you'll get the order processed 
faster. 
They will ship it overnight if need be....
So far, their service is excellent.
