Yvette,

The best way to determine the age of a puppet is to look underneath the 
clothing.  Also, examine the workmanship, the materials and their condition. 
At first glance, those marionettes are eye-catching.  But the costumes may 
be replacements - that's a big negative factor in my book.  Although 
something doesn't have to be old to be valuable.

But it comes down to this:  if you are thinking of purchasing them, well, if 
you like them, that's all that matters.  And pay what you can afford.  Not 
more.  I'm not sure what the investment value will be anyway.
