Of the two, I'd go with Model Magic. It's non-toxic and is easy to work 
with. I did a class for a workshop program whose clients are physically and 
mentally challenged using Model Magic (and acrylic paints). The program went 
quite well and the staff was very impressed by the "hidden" creativity of 
the students (age range was over 17).
