LoL. There is a new horror movie coming out soon, called Dead Silence. The "villain" is a ventriloquist name Mary Shaw, who had "no children, only dolls. She was murdered and seeks revenge. If you see her, don't scream, or she'll rip your thongue out at the seam". Yikes. Friendly. Maybe she knows Mister Rogers. http://www.deadsilencemovie.net/ THAT will bring people over to seeing us as good uncreepy folks, won't it? As if ventriloquism was not already seen as something creepy. As if puppetry in general wasn't already widely misunderstood. Oh well. I enjoyed horror flicks in the past, haven't seen any good ones in ages, maybe this one will be good, at least? One can hope. PS: I never understood why, in more than a few horror flicks, the evil character starts as some innocent victim killed and tortured until dead and then insane, and then turns mean, seeking revenge even upon innocents? I would torture the mean ones and then move on to better things, djeeze! _______________________________________________ List address: puptcrit-AT-lists.driftline.org Admin interface: http://lists.driftline.org/listinfo.cgi/puptcrit-driftline.org Archives: http://www.driftline.org
