First off I am all for this man doing his work where he is wanted. Oh yes, you can read, "Poor old guy with failing-kidneys that only wants to make people happy, removed at gun point by faceless corporation", but he was on private property and had no insurance. I don't care how FOXed the article spin is. When I go to do a show in the mall I 'usually' don't go licking passers-by with a puppet, I don't trespass on private property, I DO have liability insurance, and I DO get paid. This was NOT a community or public area and if the man wishes to perform, he needs to have insurance. That is the law there, he was breaking it, he needed to leave. Even if his cutie-pie puppy-wuppy puppet was bringing a smile to the iddy-snuggy-wuggy kiddie-widdies and the "old" folks (who have no other joy in their lives; because they're old?).
