These are not really unusual requests, although I suppose wherever you may 
be the background check may or not be bogus, because you will not be left 
alone with the kids, or at least shouldn't be.
It is easy to get the background check, I got mine through the computer. 
$10.00
The liability insurance I have carried since 1977. When after all was said 
and done with my first contract they said I couldn't play without it. What a 
shocker!

P of A offers a reasonable policy for the year. Would strongly recommend it, 
cause this situation will occur again. It is very rare that I get requests 
for it (proof of coverage) but it does happen and you will find that it is a 
good thing to have.

Kindercare has taken over a lot of the chain locations....
If you want to play that venue, you are going to have to comply.
