This is the kind of tip I'm always looking for. I just contacted the company and they seem to really know their stuff. "Mike" said that Simalfa doesn't have any solvents nor any VOC, which is impressive in itself, when you look at all the crap in today's products, even house latex paint. He mentionned that #308 is the old product and that #309 is the up-to-date offspring of it. He also recommended we send him some samples of the materials we want to glue, so he can best recommend what adhesives to use for our need. I'm getting all the technical info, including MSDS by email any moment now. How's that for toroughness? I'm going to get some collegues together so we can order a 5 gallon and test it before ordering more. At 157.50$ per 5 gallon(their smallest size), it's not expensive at all, if it does the job well. I hope the shipping costs don't not make it expensive. I also learned there is someone in Montreal who is their customer already, with the exact same name as I. Thankfully, we're not in the same industry. _______________________________________________ List address: puptcrit-AT-puptcrit.org Admin interface: http://lists.puptcrit.org/mailman/listinfo/puptcrit Archives: http://www.driftline.org
