Hi Joe.
I thought about this idea of using erasers as smoothing tips, a while ago, 
but gave it up as a bad job when I remembered all eraser sculptures I made 
in the past have been destroyed by natural decay.
Seems the rubber content gets britttle.

Silicone tips are MUCH smoother anyway, won't peel off, and last a very long 
time.


By the way, sionce you enquired about spelling:
crevice: comes from the french word Crevasse, probably.

Erasers, not EARasers (although the latter is a much funnier word in mental 
imagery...)
