It was written by Ruth B. Kerns. It has some very good photos from several puppet productions and even the poster from "Revolt of the Beavers" (the socialist fairy tale that was one of the reasons the FTP was canned.) It mentions people like Yasha Frank, Ralph Chesse and Charles Hopkins. Hope you can track it down. It is worth reading.
