I don't have as much experience with various latex products as others on the 
list, but I have used a particular one for over 25 years and it does not 
require rotating a mold.  I've mentioned it before:  Cementex is the brand, 
L200 is the product.

I pour it in a plaster mold, let it sit for about an hour, pour it out to 
use again, and let it sit again overnight.  The L200 comes right out without 
any problem and air dries in about 24 hours (or 5 hours in an incubator).

The result is a flexible piece, which I paint with acrylics.

Just an idea.
