Subject: Re: [Puptcrit] Puppet shows & weddings

Decades ago, I did a short routine for the reception
of the couple that introduced me to my wife. We used
the song "Married" from the musical "Cabaret" (It
isn't used in the movie, except for a German
translation heard on a record player) As the furry
bride and groom puppets sang, little critter puppets
would pop up each time a line ended with "married."
Soon, the stage was crawling with puppets until the
groom sang "Then you wake one day, look around and
say...AAAH! (the critters drop out of
sight)...Somebody wonderful married me." Then the
bride and groom snuggled and slowly sank out of sight.

It was cute and easy.
