That's my 2 cents. It was called "The Art of Ventriloquism" and I hosted. I interviewed Stan Burns and Dan Ritchard, two working ventriloquists, and George Schindler, a working magician who was also a magic dealer. The show was shown on WNYC-TV, Channel 31 in New York; it was later shown on WNET-TV, Channel 13. I believe it was shown twice on each station in 1979. Anyway, a vent dealer wants to know how much the rights to this show are so that he can sell DVD copies of it. The master at WNYC-TV is long destroyed (a la Paul Winchell lawsuit) so I don't even possess a copy of it. What should I charge this dealer, who does have a copy of it?
