Aleene's Tacky glue is a problematic product I would NEVER recommend for
anything permanent.
It turns to liquid quite fast in the presence of moisture (even if  
only in
the air).

If you use velcro, avoid the sticky back version, better to sew it in  
place.

Velcro is funny, you can't epoxy it down -- epoxy doesn't stick to  
it. Sew it, nail it, pop rivets...

Incidentally, last weekend I premiered the Frog Prince. It went well.
