It was made of panels of wood frames (front, back, sides), held together by hinges (replace the bolt by a bent nail, easily removable). One side panel's velvet was not velcroed completely, to act as an entrance. The frames were covered with black velvet, held in place with long strips of black velcro, almost all the way around . VERY stable. I think the velcro had been stapled in place. The playboard was a plank, screwed in place very strongly, for the type of puppetry was extreme (Italian Burratinis have their puppets realy fight hard, the wood noise is an added bonus). We could fit 4 puppeteers in there, performing. It was tall enough to allow for most of us to perform standing up without stooping (two friendly giants in the group). I'm sure the principle can be reduced in size and made portable. I'll send you a picture, Ann. _______________________________________________ List address: puptcrit-AT-puptcrit.org Admin interface: http://lists.puptcrit.org/mailman/listinfo/puptcrit Archives: http://www.driftline.org
