You might want to contact the Ottawa Puppetry Club.  They had a member there
who was making very innovative lightweight stages with fabric.  I'm sure she
would be willing to custom make one for you.  I'm sorry, but I can't
remember her name at the moment, a Polish lady.  The club would be able to
put you in touch with her!
