            There's a couple of stories behind Red String,   beyond my youthful identification with Che Guevera. I was playing one day with this piece of... red string, and saw that I could shape this foot long string into an infinity of shapes. First instinct then was zen.... about the infinity laying within the most ordinary.Then it struck me that this Red String would make a nice logo. Then it struck me if I ever wanted to market my company, all I'd have to do was chop up a bunch of red string. Right about now, I'm feeling like I like this name, so I went on line... to make sure it hadn't been snatched up by some other entity.  Then, I find that the Red String is a type of religious ornament, connected to Jewish mysticism. Dang ! I thought, this is IT.... another example of Jungian collective subconscious at work. Perfect for what I'd like my puppet theatre to be concerned with.
