That is; friends talking to friends, not paying attention and teachers on cell phones. Once I thought I had a problems but I didn't. I had a great little girl. She was talking through the entire show and when I asked her why she said," I'm translating for my friend. She doesn't speak English very well." I've more recently had problems with audiences that have been cowed by teachers into being absolutely silent. I have found that the best way to not have a 'problem' is to tell your audience what you need from them, what you need to be a storyteller, listen to your audience and to *be* entertaining and not *think* that you are.
