Hello Trudi,
We are here an group of 11 puppeteers who have just presented a couple of
nights of miniature puppetry in Rio Piedras , Puerto Rico. We are about to
present again on 10/11 of January because many people were unable to see the
performance. We created a labyrinth of curtains...a kind of "casbah" that
gave each puppeteer a small place to perform. There was space enough for 6
people to see each performance. The public moved. The puppeteers repeated
their 4 minute piece 11 times. I had found 11 tiny wooden tables and
suggested to friends that they each create a 4 minute piece using the table
as a provocation. Because we had to limit the public, many people turned up
and so we are repeating this. I have no idea at all how we might particpate
in your "convocatoria" but I would just like you to know that we totally
respect and honour all the work that your group has done to "promover" small
puppet works. my hat off to you,
Deborah
