A couple years ago I put together a puppet pricing calculator, basically an
excel spreadsheet that people can use to calculate what the pricing of the
puppets they make should be. It's more geared towards people who mass
produce puppets more or less full-time, but it might still be interesting -

For a one-off job though Steve's formula probably works best.
