Hi Mathieu,

Lol don't worry about the name thing! Erm, yes, I'm using a wacom tablet
(second-hand from Ebay, =A380 GBP!) and I drew it in Photoshop. (I'm just
starting to learn Painter, painting is hard!!)
I was thinking, you could get some very flexible control movements if you
made one of the rods (the one attached to the fingers?) able to spin (twist)
in it's socket...I'm not sure how well this would work, but it could mean
that when you use your thumb to move the left hand, you could twist your own
wrist, and this then wouldn't so directly affect the angle of the right
hand...you could put a weight in the underside of the puppet's hand to keep
it angled correctly... hmmm, it's something that needs some experimentation
I think.
Also, the positioning on whee you sew the rods to glove is important -
possibly if you attach them to the back of your finger and thumb joints,
against where your fingernails are, then you could make use of these joints
in the puppet manipluation (as opposed to sewing them onto the inside of
your fingers, as i drew in the picture).

Let us know how you get on!

Katy
