It is the sam situation in the schools in Western New York. The schools will
not book any kind of an "entertainment" type show. Even the kindergarten
classes not have tests etc. to prepair them for 1st grade. I have had to
redesign my shows to fit preschool and day care centers.

I used to have a great base of schools that would book shows year after year
(I had 8 story shows that I would rotate). Then as the older principals
retired and the new ones took over and the testings began, shows dropped off
at an alarming rate.

One year I toured for a school assembly agent working out of S. Carolina. We
did months in Georgia with 2 or 3 shows a day usually in different schools.
Could not do that any more.

It's a whole new world trying to book schools now.
