So rather than freakin' knit-pick I'd like to put forward some of the rules
that I use:

The construct should fit into the world it inhabits.
The world that is constructed should follow it's own logic.
All rules can be broken with reason.

On Movement:

   1. Should be composed of Focus, Bone, Character Neutral and Breath.
   2. The construct's range of motion and emotion should be studied by
   two or more performers for no less than one hour.
   3. Define 'realistic movement' for the performance.

On Performance

   1. A performer must understand the construct and treat it with

   1. The performer should explore all avenues of theater.
