Here they are , promoting the training of Teaching Artists in the Schools. Putting out money so artists can learn how to integrate themselves better into that educational context. Great. Only problem is, there ISN'T ANY MONEY to HIRE those artists, once they get their training ! Talk about, " All dressed up and Nowhere to go ". The Javanese have this saying.... paraphrased, that goes something like, " He's so smart, he's become stupid ". Spare me, please. Nothing personal, Rolande. Things like this just make me wonder.
