Subject: [Puptcrit] New thread (with syntax errors)


Hey Mathieu,
Last week I was thinking about the difficulty of presenting a 3D concept to 
a client when I was introduced to "Mudbox". It is an adjunct for Autodesk 
Maya, 3d CGA software but what it does is basically give you a ball of clay 
to play with ON your PC! So you can shape and refine the clay just like in 
reality...in 3D, save it a various points to refer back to...even use one 
model to go off on various tangents...use the undo button!!! Once you have 
the form you can apply skins, materials and textures!!!!! All in 3D!!!!!! 
There is an alternative, Zbrush3, but I havent really had time to delve into 
it much......
If you had the budget you can insert your creations into Maya and create a 
simple animation to show it off to a prospective client.......
Possibilities........
