Just a side note,
Bone Clones was used to mold and cast skulls and body parts for  
pretty much all of the Team America puppets. I don't know what they  
cost, and I am sure it was not cheap, but it is always nice to know  
of  away to outsource a phase of a big puppet job. All the puppets  
were built off of one standard male body and two standard female bodies.
