It litterally stinks that the only waterbased contact cement I've seen on 
the shelves here, is also a stinky one.

But Maybe the shoe making supplies place in town might have a waterbased 
something...
Or the construction industry, in a specific branch.

Anyways, it's much of an extra effort of searching, since I have to find 
"industrial PVA", whatever they call it here anyway (not for barth mache).
I learned about it from a paper mache artist in the UK, he uses his local 
store's propriatary brand, so can't help us with what its called elsewhere.
