The following trailer is lots of fun 
I got to assistant direct this production, and Tears of Joy sculptor, Jason Miranda did the heads of the kids.

Wow That is impressive.
The possibilities of creating multiple sculptures is wonderful.
I have seen this foam used for landscape design work as well.
I have used it to sculpt puppets (and then make a mold from the  
sculpture) -- or cover with papier mache.
I've also "dipped" it in neoprene.
