Subject: [Puptcrit] Mask Rental (was  smelly hand puppets)


Well Mascot suits are rented out all the time so my guess would be no  
or at least not in Georgia (sometimes the states will have different  
laws)
When I worked for a short time with a costume shop in Atlanta that  
rented to Operas mostly, we had a series of masks that went with the  
costumes. We would have to clean them carefully when they came back in.
I think what you might be thinking of is that you can not return a  
Halloween mask for a refund in most stores due to what they call  
"health issues".
