Part of one of my Performance Holy Trinities: Give focus, take focus, 
share focus. Such a simple concept but seems deceptively difficult to 
get people to really understand and even more so to get them to 
accomplish. Too often you first have to train out of them the 
urge/habit of stealing focus. So fun though when you get to see it 
actually kick in for a student.
