Of course, we humans also grow crops and mine iron; has anybody 
written a "cheap wheat" and "cheap iron" manifesto that farmers and 
miners can put on their walls?

And there are many other things we humans do.  For example, we create 
states, wage wars, mint money, invent social systems.  It is us, not 
anobody else, who invented the "machinery of commerce".
