Isn't there glucose in both the wheat wallpaper paste and the bookbinding 
wheat paste?

I like to stay away from fungicides and insecticides in products I use with 
my bare hands, so I guess, if the tests are conclusive, that the bookbinding 
glue would be better.
I'll definitely try.

I don't know how many times I checked in local stores and their websites to 
find local suppliers or Golden Harvest wheat wallpaper paste, which is 
supposed to be THE one to use, by a few sources I trust.
Around here, wallpapers seem less popular, people prefering paint jobs, 
which are much easier.
So wallpaper products are less varied.

I might succomb to the need to order in, from an exterior source.
Again.

I prefer to stay local, for economy, time,  and convenience, and it's 
supposed to help with ecology as well.
