What do you think is best between Methyl Cellulose (often sold as Art Paste) and Wheat Wallpaper Paste, and by how much (whatever measuring or evaluating unit you prefer) is the one better? Methyl Cellulose is easier to find for me, and I happen to have some in stock, in powder form. I've used it a lot in the past, before I actually knew what I was doing, and the results were weak, because the applications were too thin and made with newspaper. Recent texture tests (with thin kraft paper) were rather encouraging (kind of stiff, matte, very smooth, would require more layers to really know the strenght), although I have yet to make a full project with it. I will, soon. I got some Polymer clay figures to make first (Don Quixotte and Sancho). The queue of "techniques to try" keeps stretching and stretching....
