I want to understand how that would work.  Take the refrigeration 
industry, for example.  Say, we have a refrigerator factory that 
employs 9000 workers.   I assume the refrigerators would be given 
away as gifts to - whom exactly?  Would people who want them just 
come from all over the world to pick them up?  And the people who 
work in the factory - how would they, for example, get housing?
