"Anarchy" is by now an almost meaningless word.  Clastres was 
interested, among other things, in the possibilities of social 
organizations which did not involve the State.   He wanted to 
understand the origins of the State - how the State arose, what 
conditions brought about its creation, whether its development was 
necessary (as the Marxists claimed).  I would imagine that you would 
at least in part share his interest, being an advocate of alternative 
social organizations such as the Gift Economy.
