Maybe she's the puppet maker in question? The absurdities the article refers to comes as no surprise to me. In my 31 years of life experience, it seems to me that the bigger and more complex and powerful an organisation, the less common sense it seems to posess. Governmental entities seem to suffer even more from that syndrome. History repeats itself, sadly. But it will only keep doing so if we let it. One example: Back when the english came and conquered the French here in the province of Quebec (hence making Canada a British-ruled country, which it still is "officially" today), some english troup broke into a local puppeteer's place and paraded with the puppets, as a sort of mockery. I think the puppets were then destroyed. I believe the nickname of the artist was Pere Marseilles. I hear in some parts of the USA, puppets are forbidden from parades and marches. Is it really the case? _______________________________________________ List address: puptcrit-AT-puptcrit.org Admin interface: http://lists.puptcrit.org/mailman/listinfo/puptcrit Archives: http://www.driftline.org
