Again, the project is not just for fun, it's about learning, coolaboration, 
and breaking out of our comfort zones (thanks Branded for that one). I too 
have a lot of things on my plate right now (new job search, lots of 
projects), but I feel this collaboration can bring a lot of benefits.

The puppet exchange is not mandatory, I suggested that the group decides 
when the time comes. It depends on how each builder feels about the result.
Even if we decide to keep each puppet with the builders, there is nothing 
preventing from changing our mind later, and send a puppet to another member 
of the group.
